Un compte rendu paraît peu après :
West Side Park.
Kline's Cinematograph opened their week's engagement at Westside Park last night to a crowded house. Mr. Kline has brought with him this season an entire new lot of up-to date films, and they were very much enjoyed by the large audience present. Much patriotism was shown by the audience when the magnificent war vessel, The Oregon, came steaming up the bay with colors flying. She was recognized immediately, and applause after applause greeted her. The action of pictures is perfect. Mr. Kline seems to have discovered the secret of doing away with the [flckering] usually seen with animated pictures. There is a change of bill nightly and the views are well worth a trip to the park to see.

Le Polyscope (First Christian Church, 18 mai 1903)
Des vues animées du Colorado sont présentées en mai :
COLORADO AS SHOWN BY THE MOVING PICTURES
The scenic beauties of Colorado in beautifully colored set and moving pictures is the subject of the entertainment at the First Christian church, Jackson and Elm streets, this evening. H. H. Buckwalter, who has spent many years in Colorado making photographs of the wonderful scenery, will deliver the lecture and try to convince Muncie people that spending the summer at an elevation of a mile or two above sea level is quite the proper thing and inexpensive.
The entertainment is given entirely free of expense to the Muncie Christian Endeavor union, the railroads of Colorado paying all the cost with the idea of influencing enough extra travel to more than pay for the entire outlay.
Among the pictures to be shown are several that are of interest. The moving panorama of Ute Pass from Cascade to Manitou is quite the most remarkable motion picture ever made. Sunrise and sunset from the summit of Pike's Peak are gorgeously colored subjects that are well worth going to see. Both have drawn gold medals at every camera and art exhibition where they have been shown. "Sunset on Salt Lake" is a new creation in the pictorial line.
Among the really funny subjects is a moving picture of the fire department at Cripple Creewk, made a few weeks ago. It has several new and amusing features of a totally unexpected character.
The entertainment will be given in only five cities of Indiana on account. of the great number of requests from Endeavor societies throughout the country. At Chicago Saturday night over 1,500 persons crowded into the Eighth Presbyterian church to see these pictures.
