CHRISTMAS DAY ENTERTAINMENT
The American Vitagraph company of New York is booked for matinee and evening entertainments at Association hall on the hollday, and those who enjoy a real good laugh are promised it in large doses. One of the films, entitled Moving Day or No Children Allowed, is described as a screamingly funny skit, illustrating the troubles of a couple with a large family looking for rooms and how they finally had to fool the Janitor to secure apartments. Another taken, from a great detective scene, story, entitled Mystery of the Stolen Jewel Casket, will be well worth seeing. Meet Me at the Mountain is one of the Vitagraph company's latest chasing scenes, which are always very amusing. Illustrated songs will be put on by William Melody during the intermission.

THE AUTOMOBILE THIEVES
This is one of the somewhat sensational and very amusing films to be shown by the Vitagraph company at Association hall to-night. The whole scene is so realistic from start to finish. The Bank Defaulters, or Ruined by Gambling, is another of the sensational kind. Most of the others on the program are of the amusing stamp.
The Hamilton Spectator, Hamilton, samedi 3 novembre 1906, p. 22.
Il semble que la projection ait connu quelques problèmes et de nouvelles projections sont annoncées pour le samedi suivant :
The Vitagraph.
The American Vitagraph company got their program mixed up last week and something went wrong with their operator. Everything has been made right for this Saturday, and the program as announced in to-day's papers is the correct one. The reel entitled The Bank Defaulters, is said to be exceptionally good, and teaches a lesson as to what gambling will lead a man to. The Automobile Thieves is another good one, but of the sensational and amusing sort. To avoid crowding at the box office in the evening, a reserved seat plan will be opened on Friday morning at Nordhelmer's.
