Lurline Baths

Taken at the Lurline Baths, San Francisco, Cal., and is a picture full of action and very clear and sharp. The principal feature is a toboggan, down which the bathers slide, some sitting up, others lying down feet first, others head first. There is a continuous stream of people gliding down the slide, and, as they strike the water, it is thrown up in large volumes and churned into milky foam, producing a most pleasing effect. At the same time, other bathers are jumping and diving in the pool, making a picture full of action and very realistic. In the background can be seen a large crowd going up the stairs to the top of the toboggan. The figures are life size and show clear and distinct.
