South Spring Street, Los Angeles

Street scene, showing various equipages, including a tally-ho drawn by six white horses. As each party passes the camera they salute the artists with the bugle. When the carriages are close to the camera a rut is encountered, which jolts the passengers and causes them to bounce from their seats. A trolley car local to California and of a type not familiar in the East, cornes down the street. It is open at each end and closed in the centre. Various persons are seen riding their bicycles, while other vehicles and pedestrians are passing both ways. Sharp and clear.
