A Heavy Load

A street in Brussels opens to view. Suddenly a draught horse makes its appearance in the foreground followed by another, then another until nine powerful animals all tugging in their harness and exerting themselves to the utmost, are seen drawing a massive truck laden with huge blocks of granite. The great interest in this picture hes in the fact it keeps an audience temporarily in suspense as to the cause of the hard pull. One of the best.
