H.M. The Queen Arriving And Leaving The Lawn At Windsor Castle To View Lord George Sanger's Circus
The first view shows Her Majesty and members of the Royal Household seated in the Royal carriage drawn past the walls of the Castle on their way to the lawn, where the review of Sanger's Circus takes place. The second view shows the same carriage turning a corner of one of the splendid roads leading to the lawn. At this point were stationed hundreds of Eton boys, who were the invited guests of Her Majesty on this occasion. They anxiously crane their necks as Her Majesty approaches, and enthusiastically greet her as the Queen passes by. Photographed by Royal Permission.

Sanger's Circus Procession Passing Before the Queen at Windsor
On Monday of this week "Lord George Sanger's" circus, which was on a visit to Windsor, was honoured with a royal command. The primary objet of the command was the amusement of some of her Majesty's grandchildren, but the Queen herself attended. At the close, Mr. Sanger was presented to the Queen, who thanked him, on behalf of the royal children, for his enjoyable spectacle.
